metal fabrication, laser cutting and Mig/Tig welding services
to industry across the South of England. |

Capacity Laser Cutting |

New to our capacity list is the Prima Platino 1530 Laser cutting
system which offers a large 3m x 1.5m cutting bed, allowing
us to both carry out our own sheetmetal cutting requirements
as well as offer laser cutting services directly to customers. |

Fabrication |
|
Our dedicated facilities are fully equipped for fabrication
of both sheet and plate metal upto 16mm thick in mild steel
(5mm aluminium & 8mm stainless steel). Our experience
ranges from heavy fabrication for the construction industry
for use in concrete pilings to fine limit sheet metal enclosures,
panels and brackets for the electronics and comminucations
industries. |

IDF Ltd was established in 1990 and currently employs 6 highly
skilled time served engineers. We have carried out work for
a wide range of customers across the retail, marine, medical,
electronics, defence, nuclear and general engineering &
manufacturing sectors. |
| Finishing |

We have close ties with a local finisher for powder coating
and are happy to provide a one stop shop service for our customers
finishing requirements including plating, anodising, cleaning
and painting. |
